TotalVision - Mystic

I’ve been pleased with the Dr. and the staff at every appointment. They are all knowledgeable, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. My most recent visit was something of an emergency and they got me in on the same day I called, and did a very thorough job. Luckily all was fine. But they walked me through the whole testing process and Dr. Strand explained everything as she did her exam. Complete with showing me the pic of my eye. I’m very satisfied. I also love that their location in Mystic is so convenient.

Thank you to the Total Vision team for your overall care of my eyes. I recently had my first routine eye check-up at Total Vision and found the experience to be extremely relaxed and yet efficient. We didn’t have to wait around to be seen by the tech or the doctor. There was plenty of parking directly out front and it is very accessible for those who might need handicap access. The front end staff greeted us and made us feel at home. The foyer area has a coffee/tea bar so you can sip on something while you browse around for your next pair of glasses. Our tech, Grace, was extremely friendly and kind. She spent a lot of time listening and quickly recorded our eye history and health for the doctor. Her calm demeanor calmed my apprehension of having tests and tools so close to my eyes. She seemed very efficient at what she was doing and yet made it a point to connect on a personal level with my daughter who was also having her exam. We didn’t have to wait too long for Dr. Luke. He came right in and was very kind and helpful. He didn’t rush us through the exams and stopped several times to ask if we had any questions. Once done, my daughter had her glasses adjusted by the very friendly and helpful optician. It was an overall wonderful experience and we plan on recommending and using Total Vision for our total eye care. Thank you, Total Vision!!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Monica Rodriguez at the front desk. She is always friendly, resourceful, cheerful, and quick in her customer service. Before we left for Europe for three months, she was able to get me inventory on short notice to last for the trip (contacts) and just today was able to source one contact and set up a follow up appointment quickly. She is solutions oriented and every medical establishment needs this type of personality at the front desk – they are the face of the business and Monica makes your Mystic location five stars!!!

Total vision is totally great! The staff is so kind so connecting the doctor was amazing. Getting frames was fast and easy.- I can’t say enough about Monica at the front desk - What a hot ticket she is! She is so heartfelt and there for everyone who comes in- She is a blessing- I highly recommend total vision on every level in every way!

This place was amazing! I went in for a contact fitting and glasses. The front office staff were so friendly and helpful, the eye tech was so professional, and Dr. Ferrin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was having trouble getting my contact lens prescription correct and he got it right the first try! When I put my contacts on I could finally see again after a few years of trouble at a different office. The office was extremely clean. I am so grateful to have found this office. 10/10 recommend to everyone!
