MEAT?! Just add water??? Sam's Club stop accepting "industry practice water solution injections" for your meat. This is THEFT from your customers. Purchased fresh porkchops and here is the math: 3.235 lbs pork at $2.98/lb = $9.64. Weight of package and absorber - 1.64 oz Weight of 3/4 cup water solution - 6.26 oz Combined "loss" to customers = 7.9 oz 7.9 oz = 0.495 lbs at $2.98/lb = $1.48 The industry practice is selling water and plastic to us for $2.98/lb. In just this transaction, I get nothing for that $1.49...how many thousands of these transactions does Sam's Club do a day? Either Sam's or Smithfield (pork supplier) is getting rich cheating your customers. Oh, Smithfield made a Record Profit??? Increased 30% in a year (2025 vs 2024)...??? How about demanding your suppliers knock this off and walk back some of their RECORD $1,336,000,000 PROFIT ($1.336 Billion) by not scamming consumers. Just sell us pork...(insert joke of your choice). And again, labeling something "industry practice" to rename theft is adding lying to stealing...just knock it off. And if you aren't going to change the practice, at least label the meat like Walmart does. (I love those "up to 13% solution added" labels...at least they admit they are charging meat prices for water!)

Very well laid out, it was first time I had been in a Sam’s Liquor store and prices were good, not a huge selection but I bought a big bottle of Makers Mark Tequila for Margaritas and a premade Margarita that is decent.

I really like the layout of this specific club. They are taking on more of a traditional grocery store Vibe with a full Meat and seafood counter and the flow of those areas is just a lot nicer. Stock must turn over a lot better at this particular location because there were not nearly as many clearance deals on snack foods as you find at other locations around houston. I do like how most Sam's Club down here in Houston now have quick grab pizzas at the cafe that you can just purchase with a quick scan instead of ordering. Smart move

UNEXPLAINED CANCELLATIONS AND HIDDEN FEES: SAM'S CLUB DELIVERY IS BROKEN! I am incredibly frustrated by how often my online orders are cancelled. It happens so frequently that I don't believe it's a coincidence anymore. There is never a valid reason provided for these cancellations. I am starting to suspect that drivers are intentionally cancelling orders when a tip is not included upfront. When I called customer service (30-minute wait), the representative couldn't even give me a reason for the latest cancellation. Sam's Club seems to have zero control over these drivers; they simply choose what they want to deliver and what they don't. The whole system is completely unorganized. To make matters worse, the cancellation emails never include an explanation. As customers, we are not supposed to be paying the drivers' salaries. If tipping is mandatory just to get an order fulfilled, then the delivery is not actually "free."

I would like to recognize Ashley Ramos at Sam’s Club for her outstanding customer service, she was professional, kind, and very attentive while assisting me with placing an order for a special cake to celebrate my father’s birthday and honor my late grandmother. She made the process smooth and meaningful and ensured everything was handled with care. Ashley represents the level of excellence and care that reflects very positively on Sam’s Club, her professionalism and genuine kindness should make the team proud. Employees like her truly make a difference and deserve to be recognized for the value they bring. Thank you again Ashley for your help and professionalism, I look forward to returning.
