DIRTY AND RUDE I should have checked the reviews before I went. Went in for a blood test and the front desk woman was very nice since I did not know where I was going. When I got to Laboratory no one was there to check me in since I was a walk in but had a request form. The nurse did not even introduce her self to me or make eye contact the whole appointment. The room that I was taken into was so dirty. Just dust all over the floor and the wall crumbled. I’ve been to tattoo shops and piercing places WAY cleaner than this. There was BLOOD on the arm rest that had to be used to rest my arm. It was on the bottom when flipped down to rest my arm but that surface should be sanitized after each use. I should have just left after seeing that. She did my blood draw quick and was not very clear on instructions except ball your fist and don’t, but even then I could barely hear her. Everything just seemed rushed. When the needle was taken out she pulled very fast and slightly upward instead of straight out so it was very painful on the way out. I’ve had blood drawn before but it did not hurt like that. While putting on her gloves she opened and touched the door handle to the room and opened the door to see if anyone was at the front desk. To me that looks like your contaminating your sterile field. Will NOT go back again.

I received the worst care I have ever had in my life here. I am a very easy going patient, I rarely have any complaints, and I rarely leave bad google reviews but I needed to say. The obgyn office in this UH needs to be shut down. Everyone I came in contact here could care less about their patient. I am pregnant and they did not test my urine once in the office for protein or glucose. At one appt, the nurse used the doppler on me, she took a few moments which felt like an eternity before she found the heartbeat. As an expecting mother, this is absolutely nerve wracking and traumatic. She also just shoved a tissue in my hand to clean up, ok that's fine like I will clean myself up but she rudely shoved it in my hand like she couldn't be bothered with any of it. This is my second pregnancy, I know what to expect. I went to the clinic for my first pregnancy and the DR. was ALWAYS the one to use the doppler. ALWAYS. And found the heartbeat in a second. My urine was tested at EVERY appt. The midwife I saw, always seemed to be in a huge hurry and rarely made eye contact with me. My concerns were downplayed. My husband also told me she was chatting with someone, sort of like in an instant message with smiley faces during my appt with her. This is unacceptable behavior when dealing with patients, especially something as vulnerable and scary as pregnancy. I am happy to be returning to Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest to receive my care from now on. The only 2 times I went to UH, this office and lake west, have been the absolute worst healthcare experiences for me. This is unacceptable health "care"

I see Dr Mahajan. She is the best of the best. I've been seeing her for over 10 years. I literally drive 45 mins just to see her and she is well worth it. She really cares and takes her time with you and never makes you feel rushed. I can't speak highly enough about her!!

Tanisha at the scheduling desk is awful. Zero help. Asked for an appointment at the concord office and she kept trying to send me to Willoughby. Lolol. UH is turning into such a joke.
