I recently went in for surgery on my foot. The staff were INCREDIBLE! I was very anxious, and they were amazing at helping calm my nerves, helping explain things along the way. The anesthesiologist was especially amazing, taking my hands and talking to me. I felt heard and cared for along the way, and was back in surgery faster than I thought I would be. I know I'm going to be needing more surgeries in the future, and I'd happily go here again!

This was my first time at Brainard ASC. I had foot surgery. From my initial check-in with the receptionist, my experience was very personable,friendly, and professional. She set the tone. From that point on everyone gets the same praise as the receptionist. Dr. Levar is an excellent physician. And his entire team follows the same example of excellence. The Brainard Center is a wonderful facility. I am very grateful for the care that was given to me. I definitely will recommend it to anyone who needs to get the best care.

​My husband had retinal surgery at this center yesterday, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The facility is conveniently located with ample parking, and the environment inside is clean and peaceful. From the front desk staff to the nurses and the doctor, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. The entire process went smoothly, and the surgery was a success. We highly recommend this center for their exceptional care and expertise!

Brainard ACS is wonderful. So wonderful, I came back for a second visit. I had my left knee replaced in March 2026 and my right knee on June 15th. Both procedures were expertly performed by Dr. George Kellis (Precision Orthopedics) and his OR team, As detailed in my previous review, my experience was excellent from start to finish. I was made comfortable and kept aware of what was going on at all times. The staff were all friendly and professional. Shout outs to Kelly, Trina, and Hanna. They had to put up with me the most throughout the day (forgive me for the juice spill)! Kudos to all at Brainard ACS.

I went in yesterday for an elective surgery- I was so petrified to get anesthesia and all of it. Everyone there was kinder and more empathetic than I can even articulate. Hannah was my pre-op nurse, I can't imagine going through the experience without her- was so understanding and compassionate- and funny! She inserted the IV and I have zero pain or bruising from it! Dominica did my anesthesia, she knew how scared I was and offered me a hug before she even started. She gave me a medicine to calm me down, and I don't remember anything after that until I woke up in my room. Trish helped me after and went over everything in detail with smiles and warmth and encouragement. Having never had a surgery before- I couldn't have dreamed of it going so well, and hope if I ever need surgery again, I can go there. Dr Fedele is a true artist and came in before hand to explain again what he would be doing, Ashley answered all my questions with patience and grace. I literally can not recommend this location enough. Everyone i encountered was a top notch human 💕
