I had gone for an appointment this past Thursday, they were very helpful! Everyone I had interacted with was kind and helpful. Veronica specifically was amazing she was so sweet and kind. She made me feel comfortable and was very helpful with picking out new frames.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Luna and the entire team. Dr. Luna was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I also want to recognize Doug, who truly went the extra mile to help me with my glasses. He was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. His dedication to customer service made a big difference and turned what could have been a routine experience into an exceptional one.
Bad experience with replacement glasses / lenses. Recently took my prescription sunglasses for warranty scratched lenes. It was confirmed lenses were under warranty (less than one year old) in conversation I inquired about the frame, ear grip area peeling. The sales lady said she could also request warranty for the frames, i was all for it. I was asked for a $35.0 deductible for each for a total of $70.0. Great. I was able to keep my daily use sunglasses at these point only to receive a call a week later requesting i take my sun glasses to complete the warranty prosses. I took my glasses that same day to speed up the prosses. About a week later i got a call from University vision center to inform me that the my frames were here but the new frames were broken & that i would have to wait until the a replacement frame was received. The prosses for replacement glasses has taken over a month with no sense of urgency from UVC or frame manufacture to remediate or make good on my daily usage sunglass. The amount of time to receive my replacement glasses is just very unreasonable & hold UVC at a higher level of customer service. I did get reimburse for deductible. Still my satisfaction level low. I will not be purchasing any more high dollar glasses at UVC moving forward.
My first visit was easy and I didn't wait long. The tech and doctor took their time explaining everything to me. The facility is clean, has plenty of parking, and a great location.
From the time I walked in the office I was greeted with a friendly smile from GIgi then the nurse and everyone else (Jessica the nurse) were friendly and courteous. Dr Ellis was warm, engaging, polite and takes time to know you then explains in layman terms with pictures. Check out was smooth and efficient. Definitely recommend this office!
