Best staff around!! Dr. Joyce, Lacey, Zoe and Noah are all incredible. Not only are they all so sweet, caring, understanding and helpful, they really seem to enjoy their jobs, as well as serving their clients. I received my eye exam, purchased new glasses with new prescription lenses, as well as got fitted for contacts for the first time ever. Even though I messed up my process by mixing up my trial contacts, the patience they showed was beautiful. I’m forever grateful I found this gem of an optometry office with a wonderful optometrist, staff and great selections. Thank you Valley Center Optometry for your hands down amazing service. Can’t wait to bring my boyfriend in and recommend you to anyone in the area!

Dr. Joyce and his team are one of a kind. I took my 9 year old daughter in for her exam( she has high anxiety). They were all patient, kind and did not rush her. I would high recommend them to everyone!

The staff & optometrist are friendly & nice BUT... they will drag out the process of getting contact lenses & I have never had the same problem anywhere else. It's all about making you pay for additional visits & making it impossible to manage when you have no time or money to spare as it is. I have not once actually beenable to get a prescription for mine because he always cons me into trying another pair in the brands he carries. It is bologna. I couldn't find time to go back in another 2-3 times so I waited until i had time but haven't so i called & decided i would go with the original pair that felt the best even though it is not what i wanted which he says he can't get a trial pair to fit me in but every other optometrist has never had a problem. So... if you are short on time or have a tight budget, DO NOT GO HERE or you will be beyond disappointed & go without contacts for 3+ years. And when you decide to fo with the least uncomfortable just to be able to finally get them, they will send you a prescription that you never finalized but is somehow already expired. Nightmare. I will never go here again since I went for 2 years & paid extra for contact lenses exam but never got my prescription either time. I complained after the first time & thought they'd do it the efficient & less confusing that is not so time consuming, but no... same salesman trying to squeeze every last dime from you he can. So... i rarely wrote bad reviews but this one has been a long time coming...

I had a great experience here at this optometric practice. The staff is super friendly and helpful, Dr. Joyce is a great doc, and the whole vibe is awesome. I had a contact lens exam and the doctor gave me trials because I was completely out. That helped a ton. Highly recommend!

Over the years myself and my husband have been patients here. We both had fantastic experiences. Dr. Joyce is incredibly knowledgeable and enjoyable to interact with. His passion for his profession shines through.
