Have had an amazing experience with Dr Kyler and the entire staff so far. They were able to tell when things weren't adding up and get me into a specialist and have been working well with another office to ensure I get the correct treatment in a very quick manner. They are very genuine, helpful, and have wanted nothing but the best for the people who come through. Would highly recommend anyone looking for an eye doctor to check out this office. They are so efficient while taking the time to listen to you and explain things in ways you can understand. Everyone in this office is very highly capable and has great knowledge. 100/10 would recommend

I was approached by Bill with kindness, compassion and he truly listened to me. I told him I went to target optical for my eye exam, informed Bill that it was a tele appointment, which I will never do again. (The only good that happened from my appointment is I had an amazing experience with a employee named John, he walked me through my visit and made me feel relaxed). I informed Bill I wanted a new appointment to make sure my RX was correct. Bill and Dr. Ward did an amazing job with my eye exam and my RX did need a little adjustment to it. I will return for sure.

Super great experience with Dr. Ward! We were referred by another family, and I can't express my delight enough with our experience. My son felt very comfortable, all the staff and doctor were helpful, friendly and educated us along the way! Highly recommend!

I changed to valley eye clinic 3 years ago and it was truely the best choice. Dr. Ward is incredible at getting you in and out while also getting to know you and your life style to make sure your type of correction helps with your life style. I would recommend this place and Dr. Ward every time.

I had never had glasses before nor been to an eye doctor. Getting in to my mid 30's I could tell something was off. When Dr. Ward placed my subscription in front of me and I could finally read the letters just fine, I had tears of joy as I hadn't been able to see that far the clearly and I didn't even know it. Don't get me wrong, I have great vision still, I just didn't realize it had declined that much. Sitting at a computer screen all day does a number on you. When he brought up Neurolens and the benefits I knew I had to have it, as someone who sits at a screen all day and loves the latest tech. After watching reviews on it when I got home, I'm absolutely thrilled to get the lenses! Lastly, BILL was super helpful, personable and took his time with me. Will be going back here for a long time!
