Jake was so kind, patient, helpful and also knowledgeable about insurance to make sure I received the best value and glasses. I also observed him taking care of other customers and he provided excellent service! I will be returning there in the future!

I get my glasses at the VA, but Whylie’s is always so nice to fit them for me.
I've brought my 4 kids to this location for years. Absolutely love everyone in the office. They are always so helpful with everything! My kids always pick out 2+ pairs of glasses and they are so good at helping us narrow it down to one by the fit. They are all amazing and good at what they do! Also very friendly and easy to talk to.
At first visit very nice and once i ordered my glasses all that went out the window. Was told could take 10 days , so at ten days called to ask about my glasses was told with a attitude that they will call me when they come in. so at 12 business days i stopped in and then was told 14 business days. welll at 14 business days and still havent heard from them. first time and last time customer.
I went in to select a pair glasses and was dismissed the moment the sole person running the counter saw that I had medicaid. I was told to go to a different location as he claimed the computer system was foreign to him because he worked at the Ingersoll location. I felt dismissed and judged.
