Came here for my first eye exam in years. I had a good experiance with the office, and Doctor Rojo she answered all the questions I had. As well as Elena who worked me up. They were both extremely helpful and explained each test In detail, and answered all my questions. I am glad to find a new office in my area
I have been going to Virginia Vision Associates for many years. They have great Optometrist, so no matter who work with they are extremely qualified. I see Dr. Kraft, he is through and always thinks of patient first. In addition, they have some of the best eye wear (frames) you will find. Definitely an investment that you want to make for yourself and very helpful staff to assist in your decisions.
Incredible staff across the board. Dr. Amy Rojo was extremely thorough with her examination of my eye that was determined to have a detached retina. They worked to get me an appointment with a retina specialist within the hour. Front desk team were super helpful and friendly; even charged my phone when it’s battery was getting low. The pre-screen team really understood the equipment they were operating. Clean office, professional and knowledgeable staff, modern state of the art equipment ..Definitely will visit again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality vision care!
Just finished my appointment at Virginia Vision Associates, and I had to shoutout the people who made my experience so great! Dr. Rojo is always very lovely and attentive, and Brian Le is a very friendly and efficient tech that makes things run smoothly! I have gone to Virginia Vision Associates for a number of years. I find all their doctors to be excellent. The staff that works on the glasses fittings help me to find the best pair of glasses to fit my face and prescription.
