Vision Lab

The place is great and the doctor wonderful. My problem is that the frames snapped (I bought in December) in half across the bow. I went in and learned that they don’t provide a warranty on the frames and if I wanted to get them replaced I would have to pay for new lenses (frames would be covered under insurance). The lenses are fine. However, the lab only had one frame like mine so I can’t replace the frame and use my current lenses. Total waste of money. When these snapped, I went to Krewe for another pair. Lifetime warranty on frames and two year warranty on lenses (can replace them twice in two years). Glasses were more expensive, but they stand behind their products so totally worth it.

This office is a great place to get an eye exam. The staff and doctor are extremely welcoming and well organized. I always feel my eye exams are thorough, and the doctor is really knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

What an incredible experience! The office is pristine, the staff is beyond helpful, and Dr. Pupparo is a gem! He is so knowledgeable and kind. I cannot say enough great things about Vision Lab. The best!

Dr. Pupparo and his team are great. When I lived in NYC, I came every year for an eye exam. The reception team was always very welcoming, and Dr. Pupparo extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I love this place. Everyone is cordial and professional The Dr. is great and he was particularly attentive,patient and kind to my 97 year old mother. Everyone should come here for great service and state of the art equipment.
