This place is by far one of the best places to get glasses. The optometrist here is very accurate at measuring your eye prescriptions, and their prescription glasses are of good quality. They are always clear and stay clean longer than at any other places I went to before.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the service that Dr. Ngyen gives when you're in her office. I walked in for my appointment and immediately was taken back to start testing; I did not even seat down! And always the Doctor comes in and her soft-spoken pleasant voice just calms you down if you have any anxiety as I do when I'm about to get my eyes dilated (hate it). I have worked in customer service for over 30 yrs and I know good service. Keep up the good work and don't change a thing.

I recently had an eye exam at this location and was thoroughly impressed. The place itself was nice and parking was a breeze. The staff were incredibly personable and professional, making me feel very welcome. I truly appreciate the hospitality and the overall experience. One minor suggestion would be to expand their selection of glasses to include more fun or non-traditional styles. However, this is just my personal preference, and I'm sure their current selection works well for their existing customers. I arrived early for my appointment and observed the staff assisting two other customers—one needed an adjustment and the other had an issue with their glasses. The staff handled both situations with friendliness and resourcefulness, which reinforced my confidence in choosing the right place for my eye care needs.

First time visiting and it was fine. Just came in for a pair of new glasses. Everyone was friendly enough and helpful, except the girl at the front desk in the middle(Mel?) She was too busy being on her phone the both visits I made. I asked for help and she was visibly annoyed and not engaging at all and went back to her phone.When i came in to pick up my glasses, one of her co-workers had to call her name to get off the phone and look up to help a customer who was waiting for help. They need to have a conversation with her on not being on the phone when working the front desk not professional.

I had a fantastic experience at Vision Source with Dr. Nguyen. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Dr. Nguyen took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The office had a great selection of frames, and I found a stylish pair that I absolutely love! The whole experience, from the appointment to picking out new frames, was seamless. I highly recommend Vision Source and Dr. Nguyen for anyone looking for exceptional eye care!
