I had the best experience here!!! All of the staff were extremely helpful and nice. I got my first pair of glasses here. The technology they use for eye exams is truly amazing. I could not recommend them enough. The doctor was very informative and understanding. Truly best eye doctor I have ever been to
By far the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. They listened to my concerns about contacts and drying my eyes and are ordering me different ones to try before I commit. The entire staff was friendly and engaging. Prices are a bit high, but I am also a firm believer in you get what you pay for.
Such professionalism and dedication to the work. I was extremely impressed with the way the staff handled me and my concerns. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new eye doctor to consider going to them!!!
I was overcharged for an eye exam, and billed for the exam months later when they couldn’t get me to buy their expensive eyeglasses. This place pretends to be a high end store but Walmart offers better designer glasses for a fraction of the cost. The sales person knows what a hard sell these generic progressive lens are, these glasses are not worth the outrageous price gouging going on here. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable retailer.
I scheduled an appointment and when I tried to confirm via text as requested, was told that I hadn't paid a "reservation fee". Surprise! This wasn't mentioned when I provided my insurance info to the scheduler. No thanks... think I may have dodged a bullet here.
