So, so happy this office opened in my neighborhood. Every staff member is so kind and pleasant. They seem to enjoy their work and be happy to help. Dr. Williams is super professional, is detailed with his questions and exams, and makes an eye doctor visit quick, thorough, and easy. They have a pretty rad spread of frames, and are fast on installing lenses and ordering contacts. This small business is a neighborhood staple now!

I had an excellent experience at VEA Health Professionals on Cascade! From the moment I walked in the door to the exam and picking out my glasses, the entire process was smooth and welcoming. The staff was polite, professional, and very helpful the whole time. Dr. Williams really knows his stuff and made the exam easy to understand while making sure everything was checked thoroughly. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Melissa for taking the time to walk me through the glasses selection. She was incredibly patient and helped me find a great pair that actually fits my big head comfortably! Overall, the customer service was top-notch and the whole team made the visit a great experience. I’ll definitely be back every year. Highly recommend!

The parking is not that great. They only have a few spots of street parking near their office. If you are disabled or have unique needs, plan ahead. I gave them five stars because the optometrist was very professional, thorough and practiced good hand hygiene when providing care. The staff was also considerate.

This place touts itself as a Black owned establishment but their business practices are very shady. I asked for an updated invoice and the staff member refused on both occasions. Just outright refused and instead attempted to call me stating they billed the correct amount. It’s unfortunate because all I wanted was record of the correct charges after my insurance applied it but they outright refused. Additionally, they insisted on me getting dailies when I said I wanted monthlies. It’s because the former generates more than the latter. I’ll never trust them with my eye health again. Additionally they will likely reply insisting they have good business practices but they do not. Very shady behavior, it’s the first time I ever experienced outright refusal from a provider for sending an updated invoice. Inappropriate bizarre behavior. But this is common with many business owners in Atlanta. Ultimately they don’t care about the patients, everyone is just a number.

I made an appointment online to get my eyes screened. My appointment is scheduled for Monday. NO ONE has called to verify the appointment, tell me what to expect or what to bring or anything. I decided to go and find out ahead of time where I am going because no one answered the phone when I called. When I got to the location that had a sign with their name on it, it was abandoned and closed. That had me baffled because I had just given these people all of my information on line. I decided to call again and a young lady answered and said they had moved across the street and there is currently not a sign sign on the old building to say they have moved and where they are currently locatedbrhere is no sign saying they are at the new location. Bad move. The young lady never asked me what I was coming for. She verified that she had my vision insurance information but strongly suggested that I give my health insurance information so that they can bill them also. I told her that didn't make sense but she said if the doctor found something they will bill my health insurance also. She had no idea what I even needed. I just needed an eye exam and reading glasses. She never verified any of my personal information with me and was only concerned about my current insurance coverage. I won't be going to the appointment and will not support. Too many reg flags from the beginning and looking at other reviews of others who have had their debit cards swiped before ever receiving service,I am good but good luck to ya. Best wishes
