I visited Visionworks on Saturday to order two pairs of new glasses, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from Dita and the entire staff. Dita went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and friendly personality were exceptional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choices. As a former Quality Assurance Manager, I know what outstanding customer service looks like, and I would give Dita a 100% rating without hesitation. She is a true asset to Visionworks. Thank you, Dita, for making my visit such a positive experience. I also want to thank the entire Visionworks team for being so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent customer service and quality eye care.

Everyone at this location was nice from check in to the eye doctor but I wanted to point out how awesome Justin is!!! He was very patient and kind and helped me select my new glasses. Took the time to explain everything to me and how everything works. I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses. Very warm and friendly place. I am definitely coming back! Thanks guys!

I cannot thank Ray enough for his incredible help! My husband and I were in a major pinch and urgently needed contact lenses. Not only did Ray step up, but he went completely out of his way to make sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Ray truly stands out. His kindness, speed, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into an incredibly positive experience. We are so grateful and genuinely touched by his help. From start to finish everyone was so kind and had great patience. Dr is amazing and made me feel cared for, the tech is kindhearted and was very patience when I was practicing taking out my contact lenses and putting them back in. I never once felt rushed. Everyone here is so welcoming. I haven’t been to an eye doctor in a while I’m glad I came here. Will recommend this to my family and friends. The guy helping me at the other desk was so sweet. I can’t making changes if I wanted just glasses or both glasses and contacts and he was so nice and even helped me look up my credit card so I can make monthly payments. Thank you all so much
