Wow ! What a beautiful store , just did my eye exam with Dr. Kwok and I was so impressed by her knowledge and her patience answering all my questions . Andrew did an amazing job helping me select a pair for work and a pair for all my weekend activities at a great price, he helped me schedule my family for next week .

It was super easy to make an appointment online (even same day) and add my insurance info. The Riverside Canyon Springs location was super clean, organized, and not too busy which made the experience much calmer. The staff was amazing! The young gentleman wearing glasses (didn't catch his name) ran my pre-examination tests and was very kind during the process. Dr. Kwok was attentive and thoroughly explained the exam, results, and answered my questions free of judgement. I spent an hour looking at glasses and Sarai was very patient. She helped me find the perfect pair of frames! (You can use sunglasses frames as regular glasses frames!!) I was worried insurance and final costs, but Sarai walked me through it, and helped me figure it all out. Overall amazing experience at this location and the staff was the reason why!

10/10 Experience. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical to enter a new VisionWorks center after my last experience in Massachussets. I expected a standard analysis and a whole lot of uneducated sales pressure, though was glad to be proven wrong. The complete staff hit a home run. I was promptly greeted and the pre-exam was ready by Andrew in less than 5 minutes. Andrew was a pleasure to chat with. Dr. Kwok greeted me a few minutes later and provided a thorough doctor's examination. She was very friendly, attentive to my questions, knowledgeable in her field, and most importantly... accurate! The concluding tests and discussion was not rushed at all and I appreciated her level of professionalism. Her impression was formidable. I was then introduced to Kelly, who was actively working with another client at the time, and allowed time to browse for new frames while awaiting. Kelly introduced me to Sarai, who was spectacular in her lens knowledge and explanations. I had a trouble selecting the right pair of frames to correspond with my lenses, style, and facial features. Sarai decided to make a bit of a fashion show to support selecting the best option. When I asked for the opinions of the non-participating staff by trial testing the best final two options, the decision was unanimous on the frames Sarai chose and I was very happy with her proven selection. In summary, I left VisionWorks Canyon Springs Marketplace with a sense of positive reinstatement in the company and a bit of a boost in confidence from the fashion show that the next pair of glasses were the right selection for me. I look forward to picking them up and meeting the staff once again. This location is highly-recommended for your optometry needs.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces and kindness. You can tell that the entire staff works very well together. Kelly was phenomenal, she was so patient with helping me pick out frames as I am extremely indecisive. I will definitely be bringing my family here for their checkups.
