I had a great experience at Vision Works from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, professional, and welcoming. Brian and Dan provided outstanding customer service, were extremely helpful, patient, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my visit. Dr. Thomas was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions while making me feel comfortable during the exam. The team truly went above and beyond to create a positive experience. I highly recommend Vision Works for anyone looking for excellent care and top-tier customer service.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye appointment here today. Dr Thompson was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely wanted what was best for myself and my eyes. The highlight was Maria that helped me pick out my glasses. She took multiple measurements of my face and eyes and was very thorough to ensure a good fit for my glasses. Maria also did not push and push me to buy upgrades for the glasses like I have had other people do in the past. Thank you Dr Thompson and Maria for a great experience!

My appointment was quick and super helpful. Everyone was very nice and listened to my questions. I didn't even realize my eyes have been dried out from working on a computer all day, the doctor recommended some eye wash that should fix it and make my contacts more comfortable. After all was said and done the visit and new contacts were also cheaper than 1800 contacts

My visit on 25 June 2026. I was very impressed by the thorough approach Dr. Thompson took in examining my eyes. She took the time to hear and address my many concerns. The staff, Dan and Jeremy were excellent. Jeremy is very informed about the glasses and various measurements and did not pressure to sell extras. I would highly recommend Dr. Thompson and this facility to anyone looking to get their eyes examined and getting a new pair of glasses. Superb experience.

I come here for my daughter's eye exams and glasses every year. The doctor's are nice and professional. The people at the front are nice, and make sure to help when my daughter had questions. The frames and lenses are affordable. They work with my insurance so that's always a plus. I will continue to use their services.
