Visionworks

This was my second visit to Visionworks at The Mall at Stonecrest and it went smoothly. I was in and out without much delay. The ladies there are very courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. DR. Cromwall made sure I was comfortable, explained what was to be done at every step, enquired if I had any questions for him, explained his finding and gave recommendations. Overall, I had a great experience. Thank you all!

First time at this location. Young lady on the phone helped me get a next day apt when I was cancelled at the lavista location by the Dr 🤔 and no knowledge of the grace period considering I was never told. Front desk, assistants and doctor were all very personable, empathetic and professional. Test were very thorough; doctor did multiple tests to ensure sure she could get the best results for my exams due to several obstacles with my health. Assistants were so sweet. Front desk were patient and empathetic. I’m self pay and front desk helped me make the best decision based on my budget.

The pricing was straightforward and worked well with people on a budget paying out of pocket. The staff was friendly and professional not only while I was there but everytime I called prior to the appointment. And the procedures were smooth and quick all in all I will come again for the follow up check ups

I went into the store and was able to get my eyes examined very quickly. One of the associates there, her name is Tammy. Great customer service. She helped me and explain to me about the glasses. The size of the glasses and everything that I needed. I thank her so much. The other associates, I didn't pick up her name. But she was great.Overall, it's a great store.The employees are great shout out to tammy

From the moment I walked in I was greeted enthusiastically by all the staff. I was immediately taken to the back to begin my eye examination. The assistant's took their time and explained every step in detail and made sure I was comfortable as this was my first eye exam experience. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. When I went in to see the doctor on staff she was very patient and friendly explaining the process for each portion of the exam and when completed explained her findings. She took her time and gave me options for my treatment ( eyewear) then gave a soft handoff to the final assistant who helped me pick my frames based on all of my initial picks. She finally reviewed the billing costs and eyewear options and let me know when to expect my glasses to be available. I highly recommend this location and team and will be referring my friends and family.
