I was able to get same-day appointments for both of my children. Their eye exams were very detailed and thorough, and they had a great selection of glasses to choose from. The service was also quick and efficient, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. I would definitely recommend OptiWorld Medical & Vision Center!

Jerome scheduled my appointment over the phone and he was the first person to greet my family when we came. He was courteous. The receptionist was kind and courteous. The Doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable. Don’t let the exterior of this facility fool you. There is a hidden gem within.

They were extremely nice and efficient. The wait time was short. I thought every one was knowledgeable and treat me and my son with respect. The business was easy to locate and everything was really clean inside the establishment. Also the front desk lady went above and beyond with assisting me with my son’s new vision insurance… which turned out to be a discount plan, but Optiworld offered a bigger discount. Thank you for all your help and your professionalism. I have been a RN more than 20yrs.and firmly attest that their customer service was EXCELLENT!

I went in for eye exams for both my son and myself, and we both have insurance that covers exams and provides an allowance for glasses. The exams were completed without issue, but when it came time to discuss glasses, I was told I had to pay out of pocket even though my insurance includes a benefit specifically for frames and lenses. I went ahead and purchased glasses for my son since he needed them, but I chose not to buy any for myself at that time. Afterward, they tried to charge me an additional $10 just to provide my pupillary distance (PD), which is a measurement already taken during the exam that my insurance covered. Charging extra for information that was already collected during a covered exam doesn’t seem right. This experience felt very misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

I usually take the time to research a business before booking, but that wasn’t the case this time. I called and scheduled a same-day appointment, and the customer service during the initial call was pleasant. Afterward, I decided to look at some reviews and became concerned. I called back to share my concerns and confirm that everything would be fine moving forward. The representative reassured me that there was nothing to worry about. However, less than an hour before my appointment, the same representative called me back and said, “I told the doctor about your concerns, and he won’t see you.” When I asked for clarification, he simply repeated the same statement without providing any explanation. While this situation was inconvenient, I do appreciate them canceling in advance. It likely saved me from a potentially worse experience based on what others have reported.
