⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience at VisionWorks was outstanding from start to finish! Dr. T'Sani Arias was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough during my eye exam. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff was equally amazing—friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Everyone worked together to make the process smooth and stress-free. It's clear that customer care and professionalism are top priorities at this office. Amazing customer service by Miss Pat , I came right into the shop and she without hesitation knew exactly what classes I was looking for. She also was so nice enough to give my wife a glasses case which was very much needed and very much appreciated! , Thank you, Miss Pat. She had a great personality and amazing enthusiasm with her jokes as well lol.

Ms.Tim, Ms. Angelia, Ms. Pat and Dr. Merrit made what is usually a pretty stressful and tedious process fun. They were patient and knowledgeable. There was no question they couldn’t answer nor did they make me feel like I was a bother. I really appreciated that.

Love this location. I had a 1045 am appt and I saw a lot of traffic in the store. The associates were professional and handled the busyness. The doctor was professional and thorough. She was worth the wait. I came back to select glasses and the office worker was so patient and helpful even after hours. I am glad I chose this location and vendor.

I came in as a Walk-in exam. Exactly One hour later I was finished with glasses ordered. Every employee was friendly and helpful. Dr. Merritt J. explained my recent eye changes thoroughly and presented me with recommendations for my new glasses. Overall wonderful experience at this location.
