I'm assuming anyone that wrote a negative review on this place didn't deal with the staff that I dealt with. By far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Charity, Stephanie, Kathy, and the Dr's and tech were amazing to work with. They were all smiles the whole time and made the whole process quite enjoyable. They helped me choose out frames that best fit my face and look. Heck, they even offered me popcorn, ice cream, and a bottle water while I waited. I hope when I go to get my glasses I get to see them again to say thank you for the great experience.

I have always like doing business with Visionworks but this visit stood out far above the rest. I was getting a new pair of glasses and was going to pay out of pocket but during the payment process, an angel named Stephanie saw my AARP card sticking up in my wallet and asked was that an AARP card and I said yes. See quickly looked up the discount on the card and ended up saving me almost $100 in the process. Stephanie was very sweet and helpful and definitely knew what she was doing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. So I will definitely continue coming to this location. I hope Visionworks gives her a raise. Thank you Stephanie. 😊

Immediate service from the first step in the door. Granted, at the time I was in the store I was the only customer/patient. Pricing for a fixed income retiree was very good. Mail discount was a big help. Helpful, courteous, professional, with a good sense of humor helps. A pleasant, enjoyable experience. I hope the same feelings when I come back to pick up my new glasses.

I finally got my glasses! 🙌🏾 I should never have gone to a different retailer, I should stick to the brand I know and trust. From the moment I walked in to the moment my glasses were ready for pick up, the service I received here was top notch. I love my progressive lenses, you can’t even tell that they are bifocals! The turnaround time was pretty quick

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I was greeted nicely by all of the staff. The doctor and the staff were very professional and personable. The doctor took her time to make sure that I understood everything and was very thorough. After my exam, the staff took the time to help me pick out new glasses and case. I would definitely recommend Vision Works for your future vision needs.
