The staff was so polite and happy to assist. Dr. Jennifer Fromberg was so detailed and knowledgeable. She took the time to discuss everything. Each person went above and beyond. I am so glad that I came to this Visionworks in McHenry. We are new to the area so was not sure what eye place to use. We will definitely keep coming for appointments.
I have been bringing my son here for a few years now. They are always very helpful and friendly. My son’s glasses got broken after only having them two weeks and we were given a courtesy replacement repair. It was a huge peace of mind to not have to use the warranty so soon in the year.
They were very good. The doctor was great. Forget her name but she was nice. Michelle was the lady we dealt with through the whole process of cashing out. This is what we need more of this energy enlightenment laughter you guys are doing great in there. That’s the customer service that we strive for and we expect.
Chris was awesome. I hope she is always there when we are. Great selection of glasses. The only negative I could think of is that for my husband he wishes they had more wider lenses, but other than that, the experience was wonderful
I have been going to visionworks for over 15 years and love them. I recently moved so I thought I would try the one in MCHenry. Chris is the rudest employee I have ever seen. She has no respect for her customers and zero professionalism. I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years. Chris needs some serious training on how to speak to people. I spoke with the Dr. But she does not work for visionworks so she could not help.
