Tracy is the new manager of this location and she knows her stuff! We were pleased with our adjustment and new purchase. Laura was another great staff member that just made our visit one of the best Visionwork visits ever! 2nd only the Fishers location for us. I have no doubt that this location will be one of the best. Great care. Knowledge and ability shining through! All the staff was friendly and kind. Thank you for all the help and we will see 🤓you again!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Visionworks. The interaction with the General Manager Katherine left me feeling unwelcome and treated differently than other customers. The communication was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking the level of respect I expect from someone in a leadership position.

Appt at Noon and didn’t get seen until 1:30, didn’t get checked out until 2:30. Very unorganized. Was helping walk-in’s before appts. Zero communication on anything. Dr was great. Hayley was great giving my toddler a book for entertainment. 2.5 hrs for an exam and to pay for lenses that were picked out while waiting for exam is so inexcusable.
