It has been a delight. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. They worked on fitting me in last minute for an exam since we had traveled 50 miles from home. I highly recommend Vision Works Frederick to anyone seeking a great place for eyewear and examinations.

Rude. My glasses were damaged by a three year old and i went to have them adjusted. The gentleman spent less than a minute adjusting them. I told him they were still too loose and he said if he made them any tighter, it would give me a headache. Doubtful since five minutes later as i drove home they had slid all the way down my nose and i was looking at the frames, not the lenses. In addition, he commented that he had "no idea how i could see out of them" in reference to my lenses- which is a very unprofessional comment to make.

The very best experience ever. Jay the receptionist was outstanding, so nice and friendly. He helped me with picking out the right frames for fit and financing. An exceptional employee who really really really cares about me as a person. And the Dr. Arthur , was so personable and nice. Wonderful friendly personality, like family. It was such a pleasure and she knows her stuff , knowledgeable and experience. This was the best overall experience ever. Why would you go any where else. They should change the name to Vision at its finest. Any way thank you again for being perfect in every way sincerely Rodney Wade

As always I was treated like a valued customer. Almost no wait time for my exam and they took the time to answer my questions about costs with and without insurance. I've been coming here for probably 5+ years and have never been disappointed.
