Excellent excellent customer service. I arrived five minutes ago before 6 PM the accommodated me and understood my problem and helping me fix my glasses with zero hesitation. I will never stop using the store. I recommend everybody come here and work with the store. Excellent customer service so far I’ve never had such good service.
This location is a complete joke. My husband took time off work, his paid time off, to come during their posted business hours... only to find the doors locked and a handwritten sign saying they were "closed for lunch" from 1 to 2pm. Employees were inside, saw him standing there, and chose to ignore him. No one came to the door. No communication. Nothing. There is zero mention anywhere; not on their Google listing, not on their website, not even on their phone system--that they randomly shut down for lunch. That is completely unacceptable. If you're going to routinely close in the middle of the day, post your actual hours like every other professional business does. And what makes this even more infuriating is that this isn't new. I found multiple reviews from months ago saying the exact same thing. Customers locked out during business hours, ignored, and told after the fact that "we'll look into it." It's been half a year and clearly nothing has changed. You're not looking into anything, you're just wasting people's time and hoping no one calls you out. We will never return to this location, and frankly, neither should you. They do not respect your time, and they clearly don't care about fixing their own ongoing issues.
I love Mern, at South blvd location omg we laughed and she help me with a great deal. Love her personality and down to earth. I recommend anyone at this location.
Myrna and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Myrna was very helpful in explaining all the different lens options to get the best fit for my needs. Will use Visionworks again.
Absolutely amazing experience! Warm and welcoming staff. Clean facility with state the art equipment. Dr.Koonce was phenomenal! She took time to answer all of my questions. So glad to have her as my doctor!!!
