I was there over two hours for my son's glasses. One employee was an absolute joy. The other, I couldn't tell if she was being rude or not. She finished a customer leaving only me and her in the store. Tara greeted me, asked what I needed then commenced to do other things. I saw UPS boxes and the like. I asked to upgrade and she was telling me more of what couldn't be done versus being more solution oriented. I typically go to Brooklyn store so I am use to attentive polite and efficient swift service with loads of attention. This store being in a mall may be busier. Tara was never rude directly. I just wondered why she wasn't enthused to assist and give me options that worked specifically for us. I spent so much time waiting around instead of discussing what was needed. I am currently experiencing a medical issue that leaves me tired and drained. Therefore, wasted time when my young son isn't able to get out much lately because of his sick mom is a hardship. Time is precious.
