Great customer service. They called about 15 minutes before my appointment just to make sure I was still going to make it there. Then they greeted me and were very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t get the young woman’s name that was assisting me with the eye exam but she was super cool. The doctor was engaging and wanting to see if I had any questions but she was very thorough and so I didn’t have anything to ask really. Paul who I’ve met several times is super cool too. Very friendly and helpful. Great staff over there at that Visionworks!

The young girl I had “helping” me this morning must not have had proper training. She did not understand or explain my insurance coverage well. She had a terrible attitude and refused to give me her name when I asked her for it upon leaving. Rather she continued her rude behavior and said “I’m underage and you aren’t getting my name.” There was no attempt to resolve the issues and I will never be back nor should you. I recently brought my daughter in for her first eye exam and was disappointed with our experience. Dr. Manpreet came across as rude and standoffish, and I felt the appointment was rushed. I did not feel the exam was very thorough, and there was little effort to clearly explain my daughters results. Instead of taking the time to answer my questions throughly, I was handed a pamphlet and rushed out. When I asked questions, her responses came across as dismissive. As a concerned mother seeking to better understand my child’s needs, I felt as though my questions were being taken the wrong way. Her tone and responses made it seem as if I was not going to follow through with the recommended treatment plan, which was not the case at all. I do want to note that everyone else in the office was fantastic and provided great customer service—this experience was very different from the rest of the staff. I have never had an experience like this at an eye doctor, and after seeing similar feedback from others, it seems this may be an ongoing issue. I hope this is addressed moving forward.

This location had the best staff! Lisa was great! The tech was polite and even the young lady who made my appointment is awesome. I originally came in as a walk in but it was super busy. Which told me that , ppl loved the service here. The lady that made my (I wish I could remember her ) appointment took the time to look up my insurance and explained it all to me and how having a secondary insurance would work. She also got me an appointment for the next day! I’m bringing my youngest child there next week. I think I’ve found a place I can be a regular at once every 1-2 yrs for an exam and glasses.

Vision Works Havertown is great! I was able to schedule my appointment online (and reschedule easily when needed) and the appointment itself was on time and very efficient. The staff explained everything well and the doctor was very thorough and even helped me decide whether or not to upgrade my prescription (ultimately decided not to which was a huge relief!). The staff even helped me pick out new glasses for a back up pair and gave me their honest opinions on how each style looked which is always greatly appreciated!!
