I walked in randomly one day for help tightening a new pair of glasses. Ty was willing to help me and did a great job fixing the fit of my glasses. She was awesome! Very much appreciated.
The moment I walked into the store at Arbor Walk, the sales associate, Grace, greeted me with a warm welcome, and offered her assistance. When I needed assistance, she helped me search the frame types that I had specified. She was very helpful for complete satisfaction throughout the entire process. I purchased a great pair of glasses there at a discount. Kudos to Grace!
The Store Manager Margret was very helpful, very knowledgeable and extremely patient and nice. She took the time to try and find the frames on my account that were added from another location and in the midst we ended up finding other frames I fell in love with.
Recently went to Visionworks for new glasses, and had a wonderful customer service experience. The individual that helped me, Ashley, was extremely helpful and professional. I didn't feel rushed, and she helped me determine what options were available to me to help keep costs down. I would highly recommend Ashley at the Arbor Walk Visionworks.
Ashley has always been awesome with helping us since we've been coming here for my daughter's glasses. We also appreciate their year long warranty since we have replaced many pairs of glasses for free over the years.
