Visionworks Northwood is now my go to Vision shop! Both my daughter and I have had great experiences with this location in the past several months! How wonderful to walk in and the Manager calls you by name, and its been months since you were there last! My consultant, Jessica's was very thorough, courteous and professional. I appreciated the fact, that when she wasn't sure of something she checked with someone else to verify, no just assume or guess. I have been shopping high-end eye-glass shops the last 6 years, paying 3 times more for name brand frames, some the same as I found at Visionworks! Very pleased, and I will be back. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing store! Jennifer has built an amazing team. Yvonne and Jessica were so helpful with their opinions and feedback. Picking a new pair of glasses can be intimidating. They made the process an adventure. I left feeling like I had made a great choice. Thank you, ladies!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely fantastic experience here! The associate (forgot her name) was so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She helped me pick out the perfect frames and guided me through selecting the right tier-off lenses for my glasses. On top of that, she made ordering my contact lenses quick and effortless. Her customer service is top-tier, and she truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend working with her!

I wanted to compliment the staff at Vision Works. I was greeted by everyone there, assisted with insurance benefits and discounts and even given good suggestions to narrow down frame selections. I feel Sada, Jen and Julia each took the time to made sure my needs were met and that I was happy. They really make a great team and were extremely helpful to me. Thank you all so much!

My Meta Raybans were giving me issues and no longer working. After being passed around by Rayban reps about the warranty, I contacted Visionworks. I spoke with Julia and her manager about the issue I was having with Rayban. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Julia's customer service was top notch. This was my first time using Visionworks but it won't be my last because of Julia and her manager. I highly recommend this place.
