My husband and I were attempting to purchase the prescription lens for his eyeglasses but a preauthorization hold was placed on the account. Hence we called our vision insurance and they removed the hold. My husband was upset because the older lady should have called and assisted the us being the customers. We will never give money to a business who are not trying to help. We will never go back and they don’t have one single customer so they were not busy. Please do better …..
