Thank you so much to the lady who was so patient with me and took her time with me to help make sure I pick out the glasses I love. The front was kind and very informative and knowledgeable about our insurance and explain everything well. The Doctor was also kind and informative. Thank you all so much!
Visionworks in Merrillville is Awesome! Loved Dr Alexander. He made me feel confident in what he saw and his opinions. I was really concerned I was having some serious eye issues. But he reassured me, it wasn't as bad as I thought. All the Associates I encountered were very Friendly & Professional. Made me feel welcomed and important. Thanks So Much!!!
I am very glad I went here, the doctor was very caring/empathetic and spent extra time to make sure my glasses will be the most helpful for how I work. The woman who helped me with the glasses was also very caring and helpful. I will definitely go back. Although I haven’t actually received my glasses yet.
I’ve been going here for years, but I must say that Katy is the best!!! She helped me find the right glasses, with the right comfort, and the right look for me. She made me feel at ease, was very helpful, patient, listened well, and had a good eye for my needs. The Doctor was amazing too. I like the new location and team they currently have. All great staff. A different feel than before.
If you need new glasses and want a wonderful experience I'm telling you you need to come here! My daughter and I went yesterday for an exam and glasses and we had the BEST experience ever! I left with the glasses I love and a smile on my face for being treated so well! The doctor was so patient with me and he checked me MULTIPLE times to make sure I had the best prescription for my glasses. I apologized to him because I couldn't figure out which was better for me. Lol Katie was who helped us pick out the Best glasses for us. My daughter is 11 and she went above and beyond to help my daughter find her glasses! 🤓 N my daughter was VERY particular! LOL But Katie did not mind she was patient and had my daughter doing the catwalk modeling her glasses. Lol My daughter was smiling and laughing the whole time. When we left my daughter said Mom, "I've never had so many compliments in one day". With a huge smile on her face! 😁🤓😎. Once again, it was Katie who helped us out and she is wonderful with patients! She is in the right field because she knows how to work with the public. PLEASE , I cannot express it enough come here when you need new glasses! I will be forever grateful for Katie! 🩷
