Extremely disappointed with the quality of my glasses. The photochromic treatment peeled off completely, and now the lenses look awful. This is a clear manufacturing defect, not normal wear and tear. I spent my hard-earned money here and expect better product quality and durability. I want a solution."

This was the 1st time I had experienced working with VisionWorks, I was shopping for quality as well as price and professionalism from the staff! This location exceeded all the above! Taylor Evans was my salesperson and was very knowledgeable and professional during the initial phase of looking to purchase and was great in helping me select the frames that I ended up with after some time shopping the frames. The manager Lauren Parrilla was extremely efficient in ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase when the time came for me to pick up my glasses. I would highly recommend this location!
