I confidently recommend Visionworks. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and truly attentive to their customers’ needs. Everyone I interacted with was well-informed and provided excellent service throughout the entire process. I would also like to extend a special thank you to April for taking such great care of my order. She’s an excellent manager and her staff are great as well.
Ms.Meka is Exceptional!Amazing!friendly,Kind, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, listened to my concerns&gave her honest opinion. The store is clean, had exactly what I was looking for.The whole staff are polite.
This location is awesome! I initially came in for sunglasses and when I came to pick them up ( less than two weeks they were ready) they were actually transition and not full on sunglasses. Somewhere there was a mis- communication and they took care of it asap! Olivia, Meka and Martha were so kind and understanding. They fixed it without any further cost to me. I recommend this Visionworks 100%.
This location is fantastic. The whole team is kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help. A special thank you to Dr. Burwell, she took the time to explain everything clearly to help me understand, answered all of my questions, and truly cares.
Excellent customer service from Alexandria! She helped with selections & answered all questions! She did not linger or push for a sale. She was patient & thoughtful! I decided (with her assistance) on frames I was very happy with! Alise
