No assistance to help me change a new Rx glasses within the 100 day. I will not return. The other staff member didn't even acknowledge my daughter and I. Mind you, we were the only two customers at that time. They had plenty of time to doom scroll 📱📵 This Visionwork does carry frames that other Visionwork do not. To management: when is the next training day? I recommend the Six Sigma (belt white, green and black) best investment for customer services satisfaction. I did it myself and it works - My 2 cents

My only concern is the lack of updated frames for a more polished look and more updated fashion sense. Many of the frames are the aged and settled adult. They need more stylish designs for the eclectic look. Such as the attached ADD music to the office vibes. Sirius radio station is a great example
I went to Visionworks for an eye exam and to get new glasses. During my exam, I was told that the glasses I ordered would work for driving, watching TV, reading, and computer work. Based on that explanation, I moved forward with the purchase. When I picked up my glasses, I immediately noticed I could not use them for driving or watching TV—everything at a distance was blurry. I called and was told to walk in so they could double-check the prescription. After checking, they said the prescription was “fine,” but then told me the glasses were only meant for reading. This was extremely frustrating, especially because I paid extra for the no-glare coating specifically for driving purposes. When I asked why I was told they would work for driving and TV if they were only reading glasses, I didn’t get a clear answer. Instead, I was told I could request another pair of glasses for driving and another for reading, which means spending even more money. I feel misled and disappointed. What was promised does not match what was delivered. Clear communication matters—especially when people are trusting you with their vision.
I had an eye exam yesterday and was very pleased with the doctor and the wait time was very short. I was seen very quickly. The doctor was good and very helpful. This was the first time I had an exam at Visionworks, but have purchased many times at this location and have always been pleased with the quality and precision of my prescription being correct for my vision. I like the variety of frames they offer. I also like that they will use your frames, that no other place will do as far as I could find. With the excellent sales they offer, I did find that it was less expensive to get new frames than to use my old ones. Thank you Visionworks for meeting my expectations for my exam and glasses. I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!!
Not a bad experience! But upon entering the establishment rep at front desk was venting and did not acknowledge me as I entered, I just walked in, read the sign and walked to exam area, where another person was very pleasant and started the exam process, the Dr. was extremely nice polite and pleasant, provided me information about the exam, as I left I did advise the Rep that did not acknowledge me, when they are having a bad day step away, breath relax and start over.
