The best Vision Works I have been to. The doctors and the staff are so helpful and thorough. I went to a different vision works and it wasn’t the best experience…I will always come back here every year. Thank you!

Been going since I was a young(Hour Eyes). Best in-person place in the neighborhood for quality care. Would recommend this to those who want to experience eye exams and benefit from professional eye care. Thanks!

I made an appointment the same day and got to see the doctor on time! Everyone was kind. I am getting contacts for the first time and signed up for their class. Very professional service.

I had such a strange experience here. I came in to get a contact lens consultation and fitting. My Doctor was incredibly kind, and the process of getting my eyes checked was normal. She updated my prescription, and I ordered the contacts that day. A few days later they showed up in the mail, and I immediately realized the prescription was wrong. It was way too weak, and not what the doctor told me it would be. I called, and the woman on the phone basically told me to “try them anyways”. I didn’t, because I knew they were wrong. They were wrong even compared to the printed prescription they gave me. Which she realized after a few minutes of telling me that I had the right contacts. I asked if I could come in, and talk about my prescription. She said yes. When I got there everyone was sort of rude to me? Like I was a problem before I even opened my mouth. And I found out that the woman on the phone had reordered my contacts, the wrong ones again, without asking me. I didn’t understand why everyone was treating me like I was so incredibly stupid. So I left, and didn’t say much. I ended up returning the new contacts, and went to a completely different optometrist office. There I got a prescription much, much, stronger than the one that I was given here. And my new doctor was very adamant that with the prescription I received here I would have not been able to see clearly. Overall it just kind of sucked, everyone was incredibly kind until there was an issue.

I had a really great experience at Visionworks. The optometrist was SOOO sweet, knowledgeable, and honestly amazing. She was patient, funny, and made everything easy to understand. Even though she was super quick, she still took her time explaining things, reassuring me, and answering all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Everyone there was really helpful and flexible, which made the whole visit smooth. The woman who helped us with our glasses was so kind and patient — she took her time with us even though the store was pretty busy (Saturday appointment), and never made us feel like a burden. ❤️🫶 Thank you guys!!
