I was very pleased with my visit to Visionworks. The staff was friendly and acommodating.Dr. Wilber was patient in answering all of my questions and making sure that I understood what was happening with my vision. The optician was very helpful in helping with my selection. I would recommend Visionworks to friends and family.

I looked at several different eyeglasses places and was finally able to find my new glasses here. Melinda was great and helped me pick out my next eyeglasses, even helping me narrow down and choose between multiple pairs. Excellent customer service and I will be back!!

Traveling from Mississippi to Louisiana, I saw this place, and I decided to check it out. The first young lady accepted my questions about the kind of frames I was looking for. Then, she processed to explain to her other worker who helped as well. While more visitors entered the store. The other asked me what was I looking for. Her explanation of the difference between progressive and bifocal was very highly understanding and very helpful. They were very nice and respectful. They contacted me to finish my purchase my glasses. I'm so excited about my new glasses coming. Thanks for your patience. They noticed I was hearing impaired. Thanks.

Outstanding staff and Dr. I have challenged vision and she picked it up immediately and corrected it before I even brought it up. Melinda is a special kind of perfect. When it comes to frames and adjusting that staff rocks.
