Visionworks – Millenia Plaza

It was a spur of the moment to visit your place , the young lady was expectionally friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. Although my insurance wasn't acceptable , I decided to shop anyway, she helped choosing as well as helping me in my decision making , now I know that's why she is there but i didn't feel as though it was a job or a phony obligation. I have not replaced glasses in years and am looking forward to wear them. Btw : I never do surveys nor answer why I gave the rating I do . But she was beyond awesome

Since 2019, I have always had my eye exams and ordered my eyeglass frames at VisionWorks, located in Millenia Plaza, Orlando, Florida. This year, as every year, I returned — and I want to especially highlight the outstanding service provided by Dave Morales. He is a true example of professionalism and exceptional customer care. He has deep knowledge about frames and designs that best suit each person’s facial features. His attention to detail and personalized approach go far beyond expectations, making every client feel uniquely attended to. Thank you sincerely — we truly need more people like him serving the public. Congratulations to VisionWorks for having such a remarkable team member!

I love doctor linda!!!! She’s the best and I never wanna go to another doctor. She always teaches me so much more about eye health I never knew. Also I’m always done in under an hour and she always provides my prescriptions if I wanna buy at home. Highly recommend!!!

Great experience! The front desk was welcoming, the doctor was thorough and answered all my questions, and the lens staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly. I’ll definitely be back next year!

The doctor and staff were very nice on the day of my eye exam but unfortunately I was given the wrong prescription. I had ordered glasses from Zenni online and once I got them and tried them on, the right eye was fine but the left eye was blurrier than my regular vision without glasses. I brought the glasses in and one of the girls gave me a “one time courtesy” check the prescription on the glasses with a little push back(since I purchased them elsewhere). She had told me the left eye prescription was correct but the right eye was off. I had asked how does that make sense because I can’t see out of that one and her response was “we don’t recommend ordering glasses from Zenni.” But that didn’t help the fact that I couldn’t see with the prescription she said was correct. Her attitude really turned me off and I went to go pay out of pocket for another eye exam at Costco and he verified the prescription I got was completely wrong. Pd was off as well. I know I could have tried to make another appointment for the doctor to correct it but I didn’t want to deal with that office again.
