Vista Optical Inside Fred Meyer Store

We transferred from Covington and were bummed about the travel distance UNTIL we got there. This shop is run efficiently and professionally with staff who work together and complement the others with ease and laughter. Somehow, they (Krissy and Krystal) make an eye appointment fun. Krystal went above and beyond to find me the frames & package that I'd hoped for and at a price that I know wasn't possible elsewhere. The service, start to finish was easy and I left not giving the extra miles another thought. So happy to have landed there! Something that I always pay attention to is how other customers are interacting with a business's employees, of course and there was pleasant banter going on and a comfort level that made an impression on me. Go SEE the girls at Vista Optical, Fred Meyer Auburn! You'll be happy that you did so!

I had a wonderful experience at Vista Optical thanks to Krissy! I was traveling and had a screw coming loose in my glasses. Even though I was new to the store, she immediately took the time to help. What I thought would be a quick fix turned out to be a stripped screw, but Krissy was honest about the situation and did everything she could to help. Thankfully, she was able to replace it, and my glasses are now even more secure than before. I also observed her assisting another patient, carefully explaining how to use new contacts and adjust to bifocals. Her patience and professionalism really stood out. What a great experience. The doctor was patient and took time to explain the results then answered my questions. Krystal was fun, hard-working and very smart. I had the eye test and purchased new hardware in 35 mts. Highly recommend!

My eye exam was fine but glasses were made with the incorrect prescription and what followed was a two month long hassle to get it corrected. I was told twice by two different people that they reordered my glasses. Unreturned phone calls resulted in me going in person to follow up…only to find out that my glasses were never reordered either time. In the meantime I was going between my new contact lens prescription and my old glasses prescription which caused additional issues as you might expect. My glasses were finally replaced by the 3rd person I worked with and she upgraded my lenses at no cost and gave me a small credit. Hopefully my experience isn’t common, as I am told they had issues with staffing. I will not take the chance here again.
