I brought an elderly friend of mine to get glasses and had a great experience. Initially we gave all of the information to a gentleman at the desk who was kind & helpful. The manager, Diana was the one who did the work for actually ordering the glasses. She was very attentive, kind and professional. She explained the various options on the lenses and went over the bill thoroughly. The glasses needed adjusting a day or two after we picked them up and Diana took care of that for us in the same thorough, kind, professional manner as when we purchased them. She was also communicative with any customers that needed help once she was done with the current customer she was assisting. She gave all of her attention to the person she was helping, not getting distracted by a waiting customer. Top notch customer service and quality care with the glasses! I would recommend Vista Optical in Fred Meyer, Monroe to anyone who needs their services.

Diana in your Monroe Washington store was so helpful and patient with me. She was friendly and ambitious, polite and knowledgeable. She took time to help me pick out frames and explain all the details to me about what my options were. The store was quite busy that day but she kept her cool and didn't let it rattle her. It’s time for new glasses and the last time I went vista was ok and that was years ago. I was at the Monroe store a week or so ago and the two opticians were awesome! I had no idea what I wanted other than progressive lenses for one pair and distance only for the sunglasses. They made some suggestions and I did get two pair that I was really happy with. The service was excellent and I will be a repeat customer next time I need glasse. Give those techs a raise !!!
