Walmart Vision Center

I had a nose pad on my progressive glasses break and I visited the vision care center at the lake Havasu Walmart today to see if they could replace it. I did not purchase my eyeglasses at this location so I half expected them not to be able to assist me. I am thrilled to report a lovely young woman helped me at no cost. The nose pads on both sides were replaced and the service and experience was excellent. I can’t say enough about how helpful the vision center was. I am a long ways from my home as a snowbird and it’s a relief to know I can count on such helpful staff.

I am so very grateful to Marina for repairing my glasses. She waited for me to get here and was able to straighten out my frames and pop my lenses back in. She has excellent customer service skills and is a really great person. Definitely a valuable asset for Walmart. She is the epitome of great Customer Service.

My Spectera vision plan told me I'd need a new eye exam last Sunday, so the day before I met Mahesh and Amanda at my local Supercenter. With great conversation they helped me pick frames, center measure my eyeballs, and reluctantly charged me out of pocket because my plan office was closed. And with that they gave me all information to file reimbursement, ways to contact everyone, and, left a message my glasses were ready FOUR days later Wednesday! PERFECT service start to finish, better and faster than local strip mall vision centers!

Wes was magnificent. I Came in with a new prescription that had double vision mailed to me from a different Walmart. He took a great deal of time to try to find out why. He reordered them for me with his calculations And they were perfect. The gentleman that gave them to me when a picked up the new pair was great also. Would recommend them both highly.

Honest, quick, reasonably priced with the same quality as a doctors office. I want to thank the girls at the WM optical place. They let me know what they recommended for my glasses and also told me about other things I might want for other times. My glasses came in, in less than a week. I would highly recommend you talk to Julianna the manager as she really knows her craft suggesting the right frame for my thick glasses. First time someone didn't push expensive brand frames but better yet spend my money on thinner lenses.
