Had the worst experience! Linda clearly does not like kids. My husband and I both had an apt and we had to take our 2 year old (figured it’d be fine since we wouldn’t the seen together and can switch off with the baby). Linda took me back to take measurements of my eyes and never said anything about my daughter, then when she brought my husband back and said “wow your daughter…. Is expressive”!! I only ever get amazing compliments on my daughter, never negatives, and she’s 2!! My appointment with my doctor went great, he was phenomenal and kind and answered all my questions! I need a stronger prescription. I have to see Linda again to order my stuff and I explain I’d come back for my contacts and just order glasses today and she said they can’t do that and if I did I’d have to wait a LONG time due to the many costumers and I could only get glasses. I was frustrated and explained that was never told to me- she showed me a paper and said “right here” . I looked at it and said that doesn’t say anything other than glasses or contacts and glasses! I just wanted glasses today and contacts later! No one said that wasn’t an option or couldn’t be. So I said okay, I’ll just get glasses today- she then proceeded to tell me what my insurance covers and it’d be a $10 copay and $33 for polycarbonate and more money for this and that. And I was like woah what is all that? And she said “since you have a toddler you’ll want to get these so if she takes your glasses and bangs them they won’t break”. I was livid at this point- she made so many negative notations and comments about my daughter I was appalled. Then I said “okay. I’ve been getting the same $10 frames for years, from the kids section, can you tell me if you have these specific ones”? She points and says “don’t know if have those, you can go look”! At that point I was done. She was rude, unhelpful, and horrible to my daughter! I should’ve left after the first remark of my daughter being expressive. So I made my husband handle the rest, I took my prescription, didn’t order glasses and will NEVER EVER be returning there. Lesson: doctor was phenomenal, don’t take your kids to get hated on! Linda ruined my night and made me so sad for my very well behaved baby girl who was just excited to see her dad after work…

Robert Hays was extremely helpful and has great customer service! We will definitely be back thanks to him!
I've been going to the Walmart vision center for several years. I've tried other places and I honestly don't know why everyone doesn't just to here. A lot of places try to lure you in promising things like to pairs for an incredible price but when you get there, they are the cheapest frames they have and everything is an add-on. The price ends up being the same or more than what you get for quality glasses from Walmart. The Optometrist is great and understands my medical conditions and is keeping an eye on how it's impacting my vision. The licensed staff are incredibly helpful. This time, I'd like to make sure that everyone knows how great Adam was with me. I brought probably a dozen possible frames to him and he helped me narrow it down to the pair I purchased. He's extremely friendly, accommodating and wasn't in any way rushed to get my transaction done. Next time you need an exam, glasses or contacts, make sure to check out Walmart. You won't be disappointed
Had a wonderful experience! Chance was great and friendly and made the entire process much easier. I love my new frames and the new glasses are working out great!
Had my first eye exam in about a decade and the Optometrist was fabulous. She walked me through everything gently and didn't make me feel stupid for asking a million questions. When we found out that my daughter needed glasses last year we took her to another major chain in town and I was not impressed with the communication during her appointment. I will definitely be coming here for all future vision needs. The Opticians are also excellent. I worked with Adam and he was very helpful in his suggestions. My insurance was giving him a bit of trouble but he got it taken care of with no problem. 10/10 would recommend 😁
