Steve and Patrick are very friendly, professional, and helpful. With my mother's glasses needed the replacement for nose part and they even put it on without extra charge.
I want to thank Daniel and Steve so much!! they are very kind and thoughtful!!! Daniel helped making ordering my contacts quick and simple!! i also had an incident where i didn’t have my contacts and my glasses broke Steve was able to accommodate me to the best of his abilities and furthermore offering more solutions if it were to happen again! BOTH OF THESE GENTLE MAN NEED A RAISE!!! great job!
So sorry for delay! But I can't stop thinking about my OUTSTANDING customer service from both Patrick and Vicky at Rancho vision.. I've worn glasses for years and I've had great experiences, but none like this past weekend from Patrick! He is so knowledgeable and supportive.. he made me feel comfortable in the whole process.. not only that, but Vicky chimed in with suggestions, and her knowledge.. They are TRULY A GREAT TEAM!! I feel so fortunate for this experience with them both!! I truly hope management understands THE IMPORTANCE of Excellent employees like these two!!
I would definitely recommend them if you have the time to wait. Such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is nice and knowledgeable, and the service they provide is exceptional.
I was there today to pick up my nieces and nephews glasses Daniel was so rude in front of the kids raising his voice talking back to me i asked that why is he being to rude and proceeded to raise his voice and his arms saying “ IM BEING RUDE” and looking a his co worker to asking “AM I BEING RUDE?” HOW AM I BEING RUDE? Such a horrible experience as a customer I will for sure not be going back to this optometry Daniel just made you lose 5 customers such a horrible experience and he’s a manager unbelievable this happened today 6/19/2025 @ about 1:00pm
