Walmart Vision Center

I came to get replacement parts for my glasses. I ordered online, confirmed with my account and got the notification my order arrived. Everything was good until I arrived at the vision center. The lady who was working didn't know how to work with my particular pair of frames and was mishandling them. I offered support because I already knew how to replace the part and was told no, she knows what she's doing. After continuing to struggle with the frame I insisted on showing her how to remove the part. She was unnecessarily rude about me offering the help. I was just worried about my frames being broken. Needless to say I had to show her how to install the part as well. Horrible, anxiety inducing moment with my only pair of glasses!

My prescription is PERFECT! Optometrist Nicholas Stoffregen was amazing! I booked the appointment a few days earlier and that gentleman was informative, very polite, and knowledgeable. I am so pleased with the entire experience. Thank you!

My experience at this optical office was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the woman who helped me was rude and had a very bad attitude, not only toward me but also toward other customers. She kept saying that she was the only one who spoke Spanish, but that is not an excuse for treating people poorly. This is not the first time I’ve seen her behave this way, and honestly, it’s unacceptable. No one is forced to work somewhere they don’t want to be, and someone with that attitude should not be working in customer service. I hope management takes this situation seriously, because customer service is a fundamental part of any business, and this experience was far below expectations.

This place had amazing options and very cool style, I’m glad I was helped by the worker Amia, she helped me pick out my glasses and helped me find a pair that’s comfortable and looks great. She was very professional and very patient with me while looking for my glasses. Thank you for makeing the process easy and enjoyable. Thank you for the awesome glasses

Johnny was so good went beyond and explained everything I ordered I really felt cared for haven’t seen customer service like what he offered in a long time! Thank you I’ll be back!
