Had the pleasure of speaking with O’Neil over the phone and thank god he restored my faith in the ability of the younger generation (baby boomer here) to demonstrate text book perfect customer service and helping educate a dummy on elderly eye wear Cudos and well done

This is my second time getting my eyeglasses at this location. Oneil was great, knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with all three of us. Definitely going back.

Got there at 5pm. Vision center was closed, so I asked Customer Service. They said the person was on break. Ok. I waited until 6pm, vision center still closed. I asked customer service AGAIN and the employee was surprised that the vision center wasn't open yet so she got a runner to go ask a manager. Manager didn't know so the runner is going to the back to find ANOTHER manager. The next manager apologized profusely and said he didn't know what was happening but he would look into it.

THEY HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE HERE!!!! they do not care about what you need or anything for that matter. They are so unorganized and don’t know what their doing!! Yes they are cheap but not worth the the bad quality service. I went there almost two weeks ago and still have not received my glasses. And I’ve tried calling them and the person just says hello and hangs up what kind of service is that!!!!!!!
