Receptionist/assistant said in front of another patient " you're wearing SO MUCH cologne, you have 2 options " 1st I literally was wearing NOTHING! 2nd if you have a fragrance sensitivity when taking appointments the patient should be made aware to accommodate. Last, after this I approached 5 random people in walmart. No one could smell anything!

They were real nice to me. I ask for help ,so I wouldn't go over my insurance, and I pd myself a warranty, they have replaced my lens and got scratches out several times. Now the doctor has moved I'm talking about the actual part that has f Glasses
Remarkable ineptitude, will never return. I went in and asked if they do walk-ins or if I needed an appointment the receptionist said "we do walk ins come back Monday." Came back Monday and they said "doctor" had changed hours to Wednesday but I could show up at 9:30 and get a walk in. Came back Wednesday and doctor was an hour late told to come back in an hour. Came back and got in line the receptionist said there were 3 people in front of me "will be about 30 minutes". Came back after 30 minutes and she said it will be another 30. Came back after 40 minutes and she said "I'm sorry but our appointments keep showing up and bumping you back". She lied to me and said she had warned me that this would happen, I knew nothing about being bumped back as a walk in or I wouldn't have sat around for over an hour with my 2 kids. Communication people! It matters!
The ladies that work here are wonderful! Great energy. Very nice and knowledgeable. Even broke down pricing for me when I didn’t understand something. Engaged with my son when he was becoming unruly to help me. They do take lunch from 12:30-2 so it does close during that time. Helped me chose the best glasses to fit my face shape!
Called on a Thursday and made appointments for 2 of my kids on a Saturday. (I confirmed they accept my insurance before calling, which apparently some reviewers don't know how to do.) My 7 year old and 15 year old both did great, and the teenager got lots of help picking out her new frames. They were all very polite, and Dr. Laughinghouse was great with kids.
