They just updated their computer systems and inventory. Debra is a great help and all business! Jennifer is polite and helpful. They have great frames to choose from for great prices. I’ve been coming for years because of the service and convenience. Thank you to the doctors and all staff for being great!

I called to request my pupillary distance (PD) and was told it could not be provided, with no explanation. When I called back to clarify, the staff member was very rude and dismissive. I understand office policies vary, but professionalism and courtesy were lacking. This experience explains the low ratings
Called around 10:30am to make an appt. No one answered the phone. Called back around 11:30am and finally got an answer, however, she said she was too busy to schedule an appt for me at that time and said they would call me back. Didn’t happen. After no call back that day I took my business somewhere that answers the phone and makes appointments. Have gone there for several years with no problems…not sure what has gone wrong there.
So I wait 15 minutes while the attendant is on the phone never address me be there ! Even though she was setting an appointment! And just low key non professional! Will take my business else where ! Have workers that want to work and greet people! Not just because you need workers ! Happy New Year!
My fiancee was coming to pick up his glasses, around lunchtime for the Vision Center. So we waited until 2pm, for someone to be able to help him. He goes in, and is told that he can't get his glasses unless the doctor was there. The doctor wasn't there. I don't understand this!! He said, there was someone else being told the same thing as he was leaving. Does the doctor, set you down and make sure the glasses fit properly? This happened on May 20th, 2024, Monday.
