Walmart Vision Center

Recently, A friend recommended Walmart Vision as a great place to purchase glasses. I ordered anti-glare glasses there yesterday. I wish I had known about their variety of products and helpful customer support earlier. Kelly, patiently listened to my situation and took the time to find the perfect product for me. My experience at Warby Parker last year was completely the opposite 😱

I had an excellent visit. I was in and out. Dr. Hopkins was personable, knowledgeable, and explained things in terms I could easily understand. It was the first time I've been to the eye doctor in years and I left feeling like I should have come sooner.

I ordered progressive lenses with an associate named Toni and she was exceptionally helpful and kind. I appreciated her clear explanation of how progressive lenses work and her excellent customer service as she assisted me in choosing frames. Thank you, Toni, for making it such a great experience!

Future customers beware! I came after my uni classes and asked the guy (shortish, bearded, glasses) to tighten my glasses. He said sure but whatever happens they're not to blame. Okay sure whatever, everywhere else that I've been have said that and they were great. Waited a bit, came back, my $400 ray-ban frames were snapped 😒. Said sorry, although he didnt look sorry at all. I will never, ever come back, they'll just mess up your stuff. Now I'll have to figure out how to get to places and take my university classes until my new glasses arrive.

I had a chance to work with the Kelly for my glasses and all I can say is she is amazing! She figured out that I can get more money from Insurance than I was told initially at a different optical place. Not only that she helped me select the right frames and glasses. She comes across as being sincere, honest and appears to care about her customers. Long story short: Go with Kelly, you will be glad you did!
