Walmart Vision Center

This is my favorite place to get eye exams and glasses. The Dr is great! He is patient and caring. He takes the time to make sure you eye exam is perfect. The staff when picking out eyewear are friendly and helpful. Some of the best people you could hope for. They have an absolute fantastic selection of glasses. Just as good as any of the higher end places. They offer Rayban, Oakly, Hurley, even Meta glasses. The last pair of glasses I ordered were ready in 4 days! 4 DAYS! 100% 10/10 I can't say enough about how great this place is. Just to be transparent. I'm speaking of the Milford, Ohio location.

Ive been using this eyecenter for over 15 years now. Ive never had a bad experience with them as far as customer service or Dr issues. I ve been through two different Dr s with the same result. Friendly customer service and a laid back Eye Dr that listens to what I would like. Some of these 1 star reviews are petty in my opinion. Everyone has bad days....

I don’t usually leave reviews but unfortunately my experience here was very poor. I went in found frames and went over the order with the sales technician and on the paper work she showed me it was correct. When the glasses arrived I saw a different technician and she alerted me to the fact that the wrong lenses were ordered. Then we had to reorder and start the process over again. Ultimate the new glasses were still incorrect. I ended up taking them to another eye doctor and they ran a few tests to confirm if the prescription was off or if the glasses were defective and sure enough the glasses were incorrectly measured. This is what was causing the vision blurring and if I had not sought a second opinion and continued to wear these glasses I would have slowly over time acquired a lazy eye. All of this is to say be careful do your research and know exactly what you need before you try and order your prescription through them. They incorrectly ordered the lens and then also incorrectly measured my eyes leading to the glasses being unusable. Some of the staff is very kind but the manager is never available. This causes problems for returns and changes in your order.

I knew my eyesight was off again since I'd had it corrected before and now it was blurry again. He told me my eyesight was fine and it must just be normal for me to have blurriness now. Needless to say I mentioned this to another eye doctor and he looked at me like that doctor must have been nuts. I knew I shouldn't try to go here but was needing the fastest appointment. I guess waiting would've been worth it since they used my only free visit for my insurance and now I'm waiting as well as paying😡
