I had a great experience at the Rowlett location with Gaby. She was so attentive and helped me with my order pretty quickly. Way better service than other WM locations.

Arleen is amazing. I took my glasses in for repair and she made them like they were brand new. Highly recommend them for your vision needs. They also do free adjustments.

Gabby was so nice and helpful with finding me some frames to pop my lenses into to get me through until an appointment. She’s awesome!! Edit; Came back for my husband’s glasses this time and the last time we were here was 2022ish for myself (from my last review.) Now back in October 2024. Charlotte was amazing! She is such an asset to this company. She felt like family. Her honesty and personality just made the whole experience enjoyable while picking out a pair of frames, she didn’t hold back her honesty on what looked the best for his face shape. She helped me judge on his selections as he tried each pair on with a little “glasses fashion show!” She has a beautiful soul and I had to share that with the world. Made our whole evening special! Protect this woman at all costs!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. And you know why? Gabby!!! Stopped by to purchase an eye glass repair kit only and ended up finding a new place to get my glasses. Gabby greeted me almost immediately and offered to fix my glasses. She did an amazing job and even sold me a cute chain for my glasses. I appreciate the awesome customer service! Gabby went above & beyond and that’s so rare these days! What a gem!!!

I always have a great experience here. They’re always so helpful and Charlotte just makes it even better with her fun personality and seems to really know what works best with my budget and insurance. Will definitely be coming here again in the future!
