Minerva was absolutely amazing during my visit at Walmart Vision Center. She was patient, kind, and very professional the entire time. She took her time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable before moving forward. Her friendly attitude and genuine care made the whole experience so much easier and pleasant. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does. I could really tell she loves her job and cares about helping customers. Walmart is lucky to have someone like Minerva—she truly made my day with her excellent customer service and positive energy!

Valene and Jeremy were absolutely great! Jeremy helped me order new glasses, he was very informative about lenses and had a great attitude. Valene helped my husband adjust his glasses which he was very satisfied with. Customer service is 100% here! Will definitely make this our regular spot.

If I could rate this vision 10 stars, I absolutely would. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but the Manager Valene was very kind, informative, and repaired my glasses so quickly. I had a series of unfortunate events that occurred the day before coming to this vision source, and these amazing Vision experts We’re able to turn my worst day into the absolute best day. Young kids and teachers, who are looking for vision help, and if you are in the area, Do you pay them a visit and you’ll be treated with the same kindness that I was treated with! Thank you all so much for y’all’s amazing help with repairing my lenses!

I came in last week to get replacement frames for my 85 yr old uncle. Unfortunately, Walmart did not have them in stock. However, Ms. Mary and Ms. Kay went above and beyond to help me. Even going as far as "rigging" the damaged frames until I can get him a new pair. This type of customer service model needs to be implemented everywhere. Thanks MS. MARY & MS. KAY!!💜💜
