The main eye doctor was so kind and thorough with our shy 15 year-old son. He took time to help him, and explained everything without makes it feeling shaming or awkward. We were very pleased with is approach and service to eye care. Note to readers: This is still a doctor's office, schedule an appointment like you do all your other docs. Allowing walk-ins is a kindness of the doc, not mandatory of them and you might not even get in. And when calling to other eye doc locations, I realized walk ins are not even accepted most often. So fyi, call and schedule.

I was worried about an eye infection but my usual eye doctor couldn't fit me in. I called around but other offices were frustratingly vague about cost, going on about varied insurance plans and so on. Dr. Behunin's office was able to quote me a flat rate of $45 which I really appreciated, and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. When I went in, it only took Dr. Behunin a few minutes to realize my eyes were fine, just fatigued, and since it was such a quick visit he didn't even charge me. I would have been happy to pay - it was worth it to know my eyes were okay - but was just really cool of him to waive the cost. I super appreciated that they were straightforward and so helpful!

I had just had a really negative experience at the eye doctor I have been seeing for 15 years, so I was on the anxious journey to find someone new I could trust. The receptionist was SO friendly when I called and assured me that Dr. Behunin was the best and that he loved working with him. My appointment was wonderful. Dr. Behunin took plenty of time with me and calmed my nerves about the big changes happening in my RX. He helped me find a new brand of contacts that feels so wonderful. I will recommend him to anyone!

The staff is very good, however they keep missing details. In my case they forgot to order some trial lenses, then they order me 5 trial lenses which will take 7 days to arrive leaving me virtually blind on New Year’s Eve. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere if it is even possible.

I've been going here for years. I had a brief dalliance with a one hour glasses place, but they went out of business and I came crawling back, begging for forgiveness. Jason Behunin is perhaps the most patient, easygoing medical professional I have ever worked with. I walk out of an eye exam feeling like I just did yoga or meditated. Also, I ordered the fancy $30 eye imaging test and it was so good to know that my optic nerves are doing well and that my chances for glaucoma or macular degeneration are very slim. It was worth the extra to get some good news. I have no personal connection to anyone working there, I just find them helpful. Good, real people who aren't trying to make a sale.
